Job Title: Sales Head Location: Chennai (On-site) Experience Required: 5+ years in B2B SaaS / SME Tech Sales Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Founders / Chief Business Officer CTC: Competitive with Performance-Based Incentives About Ghoshak: Ghoshak is on a mission to digitize small businesses with affordable, easy-to-use SaaS solutions — from website builders, Android APP and POS software to local delivery and marketing tools. We empower MSMEs across India to go digital and grow through On-line Sales. Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our national sales efforts. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding Ghoshak’s customer base across tier 1, 2, and 3 markets. Key Responsibilities: Own the end to end sales strategy planning, execution, revenue growth, and forecasting. Hire, train, and manage a Tele sales team and Customer Retention team. Develop and execute strategies to capture MSME/SMB clients in key sectors (retail, food, services, etc.). Build a strong reseller distributor network across India for faster GTM execution. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent lead flow and customer experience. Track KPIs like monthly sales targets, CAC, conversion ratios, churn rate, etc. Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline and team management. Represent Ghoshak at industry events, partner meets, and networking forums. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or SME tech segments. Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing sales teams. Experience selling to micro and small businesses across urban and rural markets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus). Comfortable with data, analytics, and performance-driven culture. Preferred (Good to Have): Familiarity with tier 2/3 market penetration strategy. Prior exposure to channel/dealer network sales.
