We work with marquee brands across aviation, retail, BFSI, healthcare, and automotive sectors.


Role Description

Performance Marketing Manager

The role requires managing daily campaign operations, analyzing performance data, and identifying optimization opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including SEO, design, and analytics to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on media buying experience, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and user behavior.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning


  • Assist in developing performance marketing strategies across search, display, video, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to support campaign planning.


Campaign Management


  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage daily campaign budgets and pacing, ensuring achievement of key performance metrics such as CPA, CPS, and ROAS.
  • Create ad copies, audience segments, and bidding strategies while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.


Cross-Team Coordination


  • Work closely with SEO, design, and content teams to align creatives, landing pages, and messaging with campaign goals.
  • Support client communication by providing timely performance updates and insights.


Analytics & Optimization


  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and reporting dashboards to track campaign performance.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and implement A/B tests to improve conversions.
  • Monitor monthly KPIs and prepare structured reports with insights and recommendations.


Innovation & Experimentation


  • Explore new ad formats, targeting options, and platforms to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven experience running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and at least one programmatic platform (DV360 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and GTM
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Similarweb, Google Trends, or Appsflyer is an advantage
  • Experience working in sectors such as aviation, ecommerce, or BFSI is a plus
  • Ability to manage campaign budgets and deliver on CPA/CPS targets
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
