Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.
• Plan audience segmentation, keyword strategies, creative messaging, and landing page flow.
• Execute A/B testing for creatives, copies, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Reduce wastage and ensure budgets are utilised efficiently.
• Implement remarketing strategies across platforms.
• Track and analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM dashboards, and ad dashboards.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Set up conversion tracking, events, and pixels.
• Ensure lead flow into CRM is seamless and accurate.
• Work closely with the sales/team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and user journeys to improve CVR.
• Coordinate with design & content teams for creatives and ad copies.
• Work with product/marketing teams on new campaigns, launches, offers, and branding.
• Allocate and manage monthly budgets across channels.
• Forecast performance and maintain cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Atleast 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google + Meta mandatory).
• Strong understanding of online advertising metrics & data interpretation.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRM integrations.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Experience in real estate marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
