Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Fitelo, you will play a crucial role in driving and optimizing App and Web performance campaigns for a fast-growing D2C health and wellness brand. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving and scaling App Campaigns (Google UAC and Meta App Ads) to focus on installs, activations, and in-app conversions. - Planning and executing high-ROAS campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and App Campaigns). - Implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate event tracking and conversion action setup. - Setting up, managing, and optimizing conversion tracking, event mapping, and attribution using GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and MoEngage. - Analyzing campaign performance to deliver actionable insights for improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV. - Collaborating with creative and product teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives and user journeys. - Conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to enhance performance. - Monitoring competitor strategies and identifying new growth opportunities across digital channels. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C health & wellness brands. - Hands-on experience in running and scaling App Campaigns on Google UAC and Meta App Ads. - Proven success in managing and optimizing Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. - Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and MoEngage. - An analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel/Sheets and campaign data analysis. - Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and app attribution models. - Ability to take ownership, build scalable systems, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
