What will you be doing: Strategy Development: Craft and implement robust paid marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and mobile growth targets. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and other key platforms. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics; leverage insights to improve ROI and meet defined KPIs. Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost efficiency. Customer LTV & Retention: Coordinate with the CLM team to engage user cohorts through remarketing channels like Google UACe, RevX, and Criteo. Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Revenue and Product teams to drive funnel improvements and conversion through targeted offers and product enhancements. Reporting & Data Visualisation: Create clear and concise reports and automated dashboards to communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications & Experience: MBA from a reputed institute with 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a strong track record in running and scaling paid campaigns Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat Ads; exposure to other platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok is a plus.
