Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Information Security Data Privacy Intern with a keen interest in data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data privacy, technology, and law. You will be assisting our infosec team in ensuring compliance with information security standards, governance, risk compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist in legal research on Indian data privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, IT Act, 2000, and other data privacy regulations. Draft and review privacy policies, data processing agreements, and other related legal documents. Support in assessing and mitigating legal risks associated with information security practices. You will support the implementation and monitoring of ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, and HIPAA requirements, working closely with internal SPOCs, external auditors, and the senior InfoSec team Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining ISO 27001:2022 documentation including policies, procedures, risk registers, and audit logs Coordinate internal audits and evidence collection for SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance Track remediation plans and follow up with relevant stakeholders Help conduct periodic InfoSec awareness campaigns and training for employees Send regular security advisories and reminders across departments Support basic monitoring and access control reviews Requirements: 1 2 years of experience in information security or compliance support Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
