What You'll Do:

• Onboarding & Offboarding of Augnito employees that includes Registration and Deregistration
• Setting up Laptops (IT assets) and sending it to the new employee and old Employees if they have system issues.
• Generate Augnito user reconciliation report every month and cross verification with HR
• Generate AWS IAM user reconciliation report every month
• Generate Jira Service management tickets report every month
• Generate trend micro Antivirus report every month
• Generate one Drive report and o365 licenses report every month
• Maintaining Laptop and other assets tracker (send all the reports monthly)
• Confluence active user list report every month
• Install antivirus and configure policies with all end users - Trend Micro
• Patch management tool configured with all end users and Linux systems - Atera
• Phishing and spam email analysis of reported incidents
• Handling and resolving the Augnito users issues remotely and physically as and when is required through JIRA service desk
• On-prem (Windows / Linux) setup. OS and VM
• On-prem application support along with IT team wherever possible.
• Daily and weekly reports configured with email Notifications for AV and patch management tools
• Performing weekly patch management activity, review of malware, web security violation, application control on TrendMicro on daily basis

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience 1-3 years as a fresher or Junior IT Admin or in a similar IT role, preferably in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration, and security best practices.
• Added advantage but not mandatory if knowledge on managing cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Added advantage but not mandatory if cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Added advantage but not mandatory if knowledge on Linux server administration and shell scripting.
• Understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and VPN technologies.
• Added advantage but not mandatory if Knowledge of database administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web server configuration (e.g., Nginx, Apache).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
