Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff on various IT-related issues (e.g., hardware failures, software issues, network connectivity).
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols.
Manage company software licenses and ensure all software is up to date.
Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery systems.
Regularly monitor IT systems performance and generate reports on IT system efficiency and uptime.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software, track warranties, and manage repair processes.
Ensure IT policies and procedures align with industry best practices and company policies.
Liaise with external vendors for hardware procurement, software upgrades, and IT services.
Assist in IT-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Technical support for CCTV & their monitoring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,557.63 per month
