Job Description: As an IT Admin at our company, you will play a crucial role in addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with the installation of applications and computer peripherals, providing IT networks and technical services to users both within and outside the company, and offering guidance to users with step-by-step instructions to resolve their issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with customizing desktop applications, advising on software and hardware upgrades, maintaining a log of job tickets and maintenance tasks, and escalating unresolved issues to the next level of the support team. Your role will also involve ensuring that client systems are functioning properly, creating technical reports and manuals, and staying updated on the latest breakthroughs in computing technology. Key Responsibilities: - Address user tickets for issues related to hardware, software, and networking - Assist customers with application and peripheral installations - Provide IT networks and technical services to users inside and outside the company - Guide users with step-by-step instructions to resolve issues - Customize desktop applications based on user and client needs - Advise on software and hardware upgrades - Maintain a log of job tickets and maintenance tasks - Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of the support team - Ensure client systems are in working order - Create technical reports and manuals - Stay informed about current breakthroughs in computing technology Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior position or recent Computer graduate for Junior position - Fluent in English - Willingness to work in Night Shift - Location preference for onsite candidates in Gurgaon (Additional details about benefits and perks have been omitted as per the request),
