Role & responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot problems on LAN & WAN protocol
2. Experience on Manage & unmanaged Network Switches
3. Experience on Monitoring tool Nagios,PRTG, and Analyzer Network device health monitoring
4. Ability to work independently as well as with team
5. Experience on SSL,L2TP & VPN Site-to-Site Tunneling.
6. Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects
7. Installation and routine maintenance of desktop, notebook, smartphone and tablet devices.
8. Installation and maintenance of IT equipment & cabling
9. Good technical knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and

Microsoft Office applications

1. Ability to remotely troubleshoot issues & backup scheduling
2. Install, configure and maintain workstation computers and other related hardware
3. Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MS Office 365 and Office Suite applications
4. Understanding of and ability to install, configure and test workstation hardware
5. Administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions
6. Understanding of relationship between switches, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
7. Basics Knowledge on Firewalls & UTMs Like:- Sophos , Palo-Alto etc.
8. Working Knowledge with Wireless Technologies
9. Configuring and Managing Mail clients Like:- Outlook,Thunderbirds etc.
10. Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP
11. Take ownership for problem resolution, problem reproduction and escalation.
12. working experience in CCTV IP camera ,IP-PBX Managing & configuration
