Job Summary:

Tele Verification Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to customers for verification purposes.
Verify customer-provided information such as identity, address, and other relevant details.
Update verification results accurately in the system.
Follow company protocols, call scripts, and compliance standards.
Handle verification-related queries from customers professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams if discrepancies or issues arise.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree.
Good verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Customer-oriented mindset and polite telephone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or verification roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM or tele verification tools is a plus.
