Job Description – ERP Support Executive Designation Suggested: ERP Support Executive Department: IT Location- Kaushambi, Ghaziabad Industry- Transport/ Logistics/ Supply chain Role Overview The ERP Support Executive will work closely with IT Manager to provide the employee functional support and training of business process of enabled by Logistics ERP in the respective modules. The role involves resolving day-to-day user queries, troubleshooting errors, coordinating with the ERP software service provider, and ensuring smooth functioning of all ERP modules across departments. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support to employees on ERP usage, system navigation, and module functionalities. Resolve user queries and issues related to login, data entry, reports, access rights, and workflows . Coordinate with the ERP software spokesperson/vendor to escalate and resolve complex issues. Track, document, and close support tickets in a timely manner. Assist the IT Manager in ERP updates, testing, and new feature implementation . Train employees on ERP modules, updates, and correct usage. Ensure data accuracy in all ERP modules by assisting teams in correct data entry. Generate standard reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required. Prepare and maintain user guides, FAQs, and SOPs for ERP processes. Monitor system performance and report any technical concerns to the IT Manager. Maintain coordination with all departments to understand their ERP-related concerns and improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or any related field . 1–3 years of experience in ERP support or IT support roles. Knowledge of business operations such as inventory, sales, purchase, accounts , etc. Basic understanding of SQL/queries (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously and provide quick resolutions.
