Location- Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Industry- Transport/ Logistics/ Supply chain
The ERP Support Executive will work closely with IT Manager as well as end users to provide functional support and training of business processes enabled by Logistics ERP in the respective modules.
1. ERP Implementation, for the modules like Finance, Operations, Booking, Delivery, , Sales, Inventory Control.
2. Streamlining ERP different departments.
3. Give training to users for proper handling of the ERP system.
4. Provide ERP support by resolving customer and internal employee queries via phone, email, remotely.
5. Address troubleshooting issues in coordination with various user locations.
6. To configure, deploy and manage the ERP system and the backend database system.
7. Extensively travel to client end for software implementation and training purpose.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
