Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Oversee Biometric Attendance Server installation, configuration, and user management.

• Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV (DVR/NVR) systems and ensure continuous surveillance uptime.

• Perform regular data backups, ensure restore capability, and maintain backup logs.

• Configure and maintain both Windows and Mac systems including updates, security, and application

setup.

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, system failures, and hardware/software issues.

Google Workspace & Cloud Tools

• Manage Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for the entire organization.

• Handle Google Admin Console tasks:

User creation/deletion

Email groups, aliases & access rights

Device management & security

App access control

Google Drive storage & sharing policies

• Ensure compliance with Google Workspace security standards and data protection.

User Support & Device Management

• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across departments.

• Set up laptops/desktops, emails, VPN access, and application tools for new joiners.

• Handle IT onboarding/offboarding processes including asset allocation and access revocation.

Asset, License & Vendor Management

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory: laptops, MacBooks, biometric machines, CCTV, routers, etc.

• Manage software licenses including OS, Mac, antivirus, productivity tools, and SaaS products.

• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, and technical support.

Security & Compliance

• Monitor endpoint security, antivirus updates, and firewall activity.

• Ensure data and network security in line with company policies.

• Conduct periodic audits of access controls, devices, CCTV footage health, and biometric logs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation for Google Admin settings, CCTV layouts, biometric configurations,

license records, and IT processes.

• Prepare monthly IT reports covering performance, incidents, assets, and backup status.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
