Experiance in relevent filed preferred.

Network Management: Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure of all locations including Honda.

Server Administration: Managing Tally server, Email server and Domain.

Managing Firewall: Administrating firewall at Honda server room.

Sim card management: Allocation and management of sim cards.

PRI and IVR Management: Maintaining and managing PRI and IVR.

Security Management: CCTV monitoring and maintaining.

Data Management: Storing backups of email data, Tally data and other important files.

Biometric Punching: Allotting biometric punching to new employees, maintenance of machines all locations including Honda (total 13 Machines available ), managing reports and server connections .

Hardware Maintenance: Maintenance of Desktop and Laptops.

· Operating System Maintenance Insttalation ,Updation ,configuration etc

Software Support: Providing support for all the software used. Microsoft office, Tally etc.

IT Infrastructure Management:

· Maintaining all IT infra and Networks of all branches / Locations including Honda

· Managing and maintaining showroom and reception displays, TV.

Vendor Management: Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely support, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure and software systems, PO Creations etc. Bill and Invoice Management.

Network Providers Management : Network Providers like Asianet ,VI ,TATA,Airtel ,Dvan Support ,BSNL -Complaint booking ,Maintenance and Tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
