About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate

financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports and audits.

Key Responsibilities

·      Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system

·      Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions

·      Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

·      Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

·      Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

·      Support internal and external audits

·      Manage petty cash and maintain cash book

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

·      Organize and maintain proper documentation of invoices and vouchers

·      Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

·      0–2 years of relevant accounting experience

·      Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.)

·      Basic knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)

·      Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

·      Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred

·      Experience with audit support or working under CA supervision

·      Familiarity with ROC filings and compliance is a plus
