Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive performance-based digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across various channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a passion for growth, and a strategic approach to achieving key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO).
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI and track key performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend optimization strategies based on insights.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to lower CPA and CPC.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Performance Tools & Platforms: Use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms to manage and optimize campaigns and track KPIs.
  • Scale website traffic and conversions by analyzing consumer behavior, buying patterns, and funnel performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel journeys to maximize conversion.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns (flows, drip campaigns, segmentation, personalization).
  • Build and optimize WhatsApp automation journeys for abandoned carts, product education, upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
  • Drive high engagement, CTR, and revenue from owned channels.

Consumer Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze customer journey data (web analytics, CRM, heatmaps, cohorts, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use insights to improve website conversion rate (CRO) and retention.
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure seamless website experience.

Retention & Loyalty

  • Develop strategies to increase LTV and repeat purchases through targeted campaigns.
  • Implement loyalty programs, referrals, and community-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially in paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook/Instagram ads), and display advertising (preferably for consumer appliances or electronics).
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C websites with measurable results in ROAS, conversion, and retention.
  • Strong expertise in Email Marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and WhatsApp automation platforms (e.g., Interakt, Zoko, WATI, Tellephant).
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, purchase behavior, and funnel optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Creative approach to campaign planning with a sharp eye for ad creatives and messaging.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teams.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
