Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating on marketing strategies. Other responsibilities include leading performance-driven initiatives, running experiments to boost ROI, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends to refine acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Media Campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social platforms)
• Skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Performance Tracking
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Audience Targeting
• Proficiency in A/B Testing, Experimentation, and Budget Optimization
• Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their relation to performance marketing strategies
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Experience in the fintech or trading industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• International Market experience is a must
