As a Procurement Manager / Deputy Manager for IT & Non-IT, you will oversee the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for both IT (hardware, software, and services) and non-IT categories, including Infrastructure Build-out Projects. Your role will involve ensuring a streamlined procurement process, achieving cost savings, and delivering quality while upholding compliance and sustainability standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the operational and strategic objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Vendor Sourcing & Relationship Management: Identify, qualify, and onboard reliable suppliers for IT and non-IT needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. - 6-8+ years of procurement experience, focusing on IT and non-IT categories. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills. - Proficiency in procurement management systems, ERP software (Oracle or SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
