Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re seeking a data-driven digital marketer who can plan, implement, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will play a key role in generating high-quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring strong ROI for our clients’ campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop, test, and scale ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
• Drive lead generation, conversions, and measurable ROI for both client and in-house campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecast spends, and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting dashboards.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve CTR and conversions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align campaigns with creative direction and brand goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging digital marketing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, remarketing, programmatic advertising, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI (lead gen, e-commerce, or B2B).
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, HubSpot (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.
