Role Description

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Understand clients’ business goals, target audience, and budgets to develop paid media strategies.
• Plan and structure PPC campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to support campaign planning.

2. Campaign Setup & Execution

• Set up and launch performance campaigns on:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• Define and test various targeting options, ad formats, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Ensure proper conversion tracking via pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools.

3. Performance Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Adjust bidding strategies, budgets, and placements based on performance data.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
• Provide insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

5. Client Coordination

• Work with account managers to align campaigns with client goals.
• Communicate campaign progress, performance metrics, and optimizations to clients.
• Suggest new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years

  of hands-on experience in running

  Meta and Google PPC campaigns.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL).
• Proficiency in:
• Google Ads Manager
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
• Google Tag Manager
• Experience with pixel setup, tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Data Studio.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
• Experience with remarketing and lookalike campaigns.
• Knowledge of landing page CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Unbounce).
• Basic familiarity with SEO and funnel marketing.
