BNC has been mandated to recruit a Performance Marketing Executive for one of our clients based in Palam Vihar, Delhi.

Role: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Palam Vihar, Delhi
Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI
• Analyse data, prepare reports, and share insights with management
• Coordinate with creative and sales teams to ensure campaign effectiveness
• Manage budgets, track spends, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in running and scaling paid campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and expertise with digital ad platforms
• Ability to create performance dashboards and reporting
• Good communication & coordination skills
