Performance Marketer


What you’ll do

  • Run Google & Meta campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, Lead, Conversion)
  • Build targeting, audiences & funnels
  • Manage daily optimisation across CPC, CPA, CAC & ROAS
  • Implement tracking – GTM, GA4, Pixel, UTM
  • Scale winning campaigns with structured testing
  • Work with creative team on ad angles, messaging & hooks
  • Weekly reporting & insights


Platforms

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • (Nice-to-have): LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit


Who should apply

  • 1–2 years experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on Google + Meta (not just strategy)
  • Agency background preferred
  • Strong analytics & reporting skills
  • Experience managing decent monthly spends
