Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.
Optimize CPC, CPL, ROAS & conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Monitor data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams.
Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager.
Strong analytical & numerical skills.
Experience in healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
