Job Description

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved. Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM tools. Contribute to team goals for service quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable using computers and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems). Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
