Position Overview

Technovate is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Utilise GA4, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools for detailed tracking and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
• Drive targeted traffic to meet lead generation, app install, or eCommerce objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimisation strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and other analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.
