Performance Marketing Executive (Implementation)

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and update campaigns on

    Meta, Google, TikTok & Pinterest

    .
  • Implement

    PMAX

    and

    conversion-based campaigns

    for retail & lead-gen clients.
  • Manage executional tasks: ad uploads, promo swaps, URL/UTM updates, naming conventions.
  • Support monthly

    content calendars

    in coordination with the internal team.
  • Monitor daily budgets and maintain accurate pacing sheets.
  • Conduct

    pre-launch & post-launch QA

    to ensure error-free campaign delivery.
  • Pull performance data and update

    weekly/monthly reports

    with basic insights.
  • Maintain account hygiene by tracking disapprovals, delivery issues, and missing assets.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2.5 years

    of experience in performance marketing (agency or e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with

    Meta Ads

    and

    Google Ads

    , including PMAX.
  • Experience working with

    retail / e-commerce

    brands (highly preferred).
  • Basic understanding of KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPM).
  • Ability to support content calendar execution (no design required).
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for pacing sheets and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with repetitive, SOP-driven tasks.
  • Basic optimization knowledge (pausing ads, reallocating budgets, creative rotation).
