Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audience segments and create tailored messaging.
  • Plan campaigns with specific landing pages in mind for each funnel or offer.

Landing Page Creation & Optimization

  • Design, develop, and test landing pages to support lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content writers, and developers to build high-performing, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized landing pages.
  • Implement lead capture forms, call-to-action buttons, testimonials, and other trust-building elements.
  • Create versions of landing pages tailored to different audiences, geographic locations, or devices.
  • Optimize loading speed, responsiveness, and usability.

Campaign Execution

  • Set up and manage campaigns driving traffic to landing pages across platforms like

    Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Implement tracking mechanisms (UTM parameters, pixels, analytics tags) to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversions on landing pages.

A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Perform split tests (A/B and multivariate testing) on headlines, layouts, offers, and forms.
  • Analyze heatmaps, click patterns, and user flows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates by refining design and messaging based on data insight

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track landing page performance metrics such as traffic sources, bounce rate, form submissions, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure landing pages comply with privacy policies, data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and accessibility standards.
  • Apply SEO best practices to landing pages to ensure organic discoverability.
  1. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, content, creative, and technical teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Align landing pages with broader brand messaging and campaign goals.

2–3 Years Experience Required

Technical Skills

  • Landing Page Builders: Unbounce, Instapage, Elementor, Thrive Architect, Webflow, WordPress.
  • A/B Testing Tools: Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO.
  • Conversion Optimization: Heatmaps, session recordings, user testing tools.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager.
  • CRM Integration: HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign.
  • SEO for Landing Pages: Keyword optimization, meta tags, alt attributes, structured data.
  • Lead Form Management: Dynamic fields, auto-responders, data capture forms.
