Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in running result-driven campaigns, and the ability to scale performance through data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, ROI, and ROAS.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

• Implement conversion tracking, A/B testing, and ensure proper analytics setup.

• Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital performance marketing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).

• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel optimization.

• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Hotjar (plus point).

• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into campaign improvements.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills (Plus Point):

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and remarketing funnels.

• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
