• Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights to ensure maximum

• Conduct

  on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels to optimize

  .
• Collaborate with the

  and

  design

  teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
• Track and report on key KPIs, including

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years

  of experience in

  performance marketing

  , preferably in

  B2C/B2B

  digital environments.
• Proven track record in

  lead generation

  and

  customer acquisition

  through paid channels.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Google Ads

  Facebook Business Manager

  Google Analytics

• Familiarity with tools such as

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
