Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, devising strategies to improve ROI, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Additional duties include tracking key performance metrics, conducting competitive analysis, and collaborating with the creative team for ad development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paid Advertising, Campaign Management, and Digital Media Strategy
• Strong analytical skills for Campaign Optimization, A/B Testing, and KPI Tracking
• Experience in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising tools
• Knowledge of SEO and Content Strategy for enhancing overall digital presence
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and expertise in Budget Management and Performance Reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or similar roles is an advantage
