We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Manager and Creative Head to lead both our creative direction and marketing operations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative insight, and leadership capability. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our business, building an innovative team, and leading marketing and design initiatives that define and strengthen the Wide Reach brand.

Role Overview:

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Define clear KPIs and conversion goals based on client objectives

Optimization & Management

  • Monitor ad performance daily and optimize creatives, copy, audience, bids, and placements
  • A/B test landing pages, ad copies, and creatives for performance improvements

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio to track and report results

Client Communication

  • Present campaign performance, strategy, and optimization plans to clients regularly
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable media strategies

Market & Trend Research

  • Stay updated with ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
  • Recommend new platforms or channels to scale campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
  • Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaign models
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for client interactions

Qualifications

  • Expertise in digital marketing, PPC, and SEO
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
  • Skills in campaign management and optimization
  • Proficiency in content development and copywriting
  • Strong communication and Collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, or Pinterest ads
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
  • Ability to guide creative teams on performance-focused content
