Job Overview:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for digital campaigns, including social media posts, display ads, emailers, and websites
• Develop branding materials such as logos, brand identity systems, and corporate collateral
• Create visual content for print media, including brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, and stall graphics
• Work on multiple client projects simultaneously, adapting to different brand guidelines and tones
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams to understand campaign goals and deliver aligned visuals
• Support the production team with graphics for videos and photo shoots
• Revise designs based on internal and client feedback while maintaining quality and consistency
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and digital best practices

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital and print media
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics / basic video editing
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick prototyping
• Knowledge of print production and pre-press processes
