Performance Marketer

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and support sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Drive lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. Collaborate with sales teams to understand target audience, buyer persona, and lead quality requirements. Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI, while ensuring maximum lead conversion. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, etc. Manage campaign budgets effectively and provide weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics. Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate market insights. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital marketing, preferably in real estate. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Retargeting campaigns. Experience in lead generation campaigns and optimizing for CPL. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
