Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated HR professional with 1–3 years of experience in the real estate industry to manage HR operations and support the organization’s growth. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and general HR administration, with a focus on the unique demands of the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process for real estate roles (sales, site management, operations, etc.). Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration. 2. Employee Lifecycle Management Assist in probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. 3. Performance Management Support performance appraisal cycles and help managers track employee performance. 4. Statutory Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws and real estate industry-specific regulations. Assist in administering PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. 5. Employee Engagement & Relations Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee queries and grievances. 6. HR Operations & Payroll Support Work closely with payroll teams for accurate processing. Manage attendance, leave records, and HR systems. 7. Real Estate Industry Understanding Understand challenges of workforce management in real estate projects (site-based workforce, project timelines, contract management). Support HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Key Skills & Competencies:Prior experience in HR within the real estate sector is mandatory. Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance in India. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience in the real estate industry.
