Performance Marketer

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on driving ROI, optimizing ad spends, and achieving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure efficient ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Optimize campaigns daily to reduce cost per lead/acquisition.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new advertising features.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and copies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics & SEO basics.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
