Performance Marketer

Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, with a proven ability to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms

-Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI

-Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, landing pages, and audience targeting

-Develop, track, and analyze campaign performance dashboards and reports

-Perform audience research and segmentations to refine targeting strategies

-Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels

-Optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rate improvement

-Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements

-2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing

-Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Retargeting

-Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.)

-Experience with marketing automation, tracking pixels, and attribution models

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

-Excellent project management and communication skills

-Knowledge of SEO and CRO is a plus
