As a Creative Designer at The Human Capital, you will leverage your expertise in Graphic Designing and Video Editing to create visually captivating designs and videos that encapsulate the essence of the brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that reflects their creative prowess and meticulous attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and develop engaging graphic designs and video content. You will craft visually striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts tailored for various digital platforms. Additionally, you will edit and enhance video footage to deliver high-quality videos aligned with project objectives. It is essential to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing to ensure the delivery of innovative and compelling visual content. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and promotional videos. Your role will involve supporting the team in executing design projects within specified timelines and budgets, showcasing your ability to work efficiently under pressure. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing is essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. A robust portfolio demonstrating your creative and innovative design work is required, in addition to excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Your capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines and meet project timelines is crucial for success in this role. This is a full-time position, operating remotely with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM IST, five days a week.
