Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at Techefficio, your role will involve working closely with the PM/BA and clients to produce high-quality designs. You will actively participate in client interactions for solution design and acquire in-depth knowledge of clients" brands. Adhering to the brief, guidelines, and timelines is crucial, along with effectively communicating and presenting design ideas for necessary sign-offs. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the PM/BA and Client(s) to produce high-quality designs - Actively participate in client interactions for solution design - Acquire good knowledge of the clients" brands - Adhere to the brief, guidelines, and committed timelines - Communicate and present design ideas, and obtain required sign-offs - Guide and support other members of the creative team - Demonstrate creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality - Possess clarity of thought, good communication, and interpersonal skills - Have a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and balance - Stay up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc) - Ensure proficiency in all design aspects - Maintain professionalism concerning time, costs, and deadlines - Be self-managed and capable of working with minimal supervision Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of proven and demonstrable working experience in graphic design - Educational Qualifications: BFA or related educational qualification If you join Techefficio as a Creative Designer, you will be based in either Hyderabad, Gurugram, or NCR.
