Creative Designer

To support our expanding creative team, we are seeking a Creative Designer to work in motion graphics and video creation. The ideal candidate will possess foundational skills in motion graphics design, video editing, and animation, with a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life. Location: Saltlake, Sector V, Kolkata 700091

Work Mode: WFO

Work Hour: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Experience & Qualifications:

• Required Experience: 0-2 years in motion graphics design, video editing
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)

Skills Required:

• Design & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, 2D Animation, Motion Graphics
• Video Editing: Expertise in video editing, colour correction, and sound design
• Graphic Design: Logo design, illustration, and visual storytelling
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Special Effects: Knowledge of creating and implementing special effects for video content
• SaaS Product Experience: Experience in creating tutorials and promotional videos for SaaS or software products (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Creativity, ideation, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design static creatives, including banners, social media graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and special effects for promotional videos, tutorials, SaaS product content, and edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos with smooth transitions and a polished final output.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and animations that align with product briefs and goals.
• Produce engaging tutorial videos and promotional content for SaaS products, ensuring clarity and user engagement.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring top-notch quality, performance, and user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends in motion graphics, video editing, and animation to continuously improve and innovate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative challenges during production while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance the impact of projects.
