This role will oversee end-to-end project execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear communication.
Resource Allocation:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and optimize delivery timelines.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
Process Optimization:
Drive the adoption of best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to improve efficiency and scalability.
Budget Timeline Oversight:
Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Tracking:
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success, team performance, and client satisfaction, reporting progress to senior leadership.
Technology Alignment:
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company s technology strategy.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, and frameworks to drive operational excellence.

Experience: 8+ Years

8+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions delivery, or a similar role, with at least 3 years leading multiple concurrent projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects in custom software, cloud, fintech, healthcare, and automotive.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with C-level stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master s degree or MBA is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and modern tech stacks (e g, AWS, Azure, microservices, APIs).
Proficiency in project management tools (e g, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent).
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, fast-paced environments.

Certifications (Preferred):

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications.
