Performance Marketer

 About the Role:  We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who is skilled in managing  campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing, with additional knowledge of  n8n automation workflows. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and capable of  driving measurable growth.  Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta  Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Create and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensuring engagement and lead generation. - Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI and lead targets. - Use n8n automation to integrate workflows between marketing platforms (e.g., lead capture,notifications, CRM).- Research and apply audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies. - Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. - Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and automation.  Required Skills & Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads). - Hands-on experience in WhatsApp Business API/WhatsApp automation tools. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of n8n automation (or similar workflow automation tools). - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting  tools. - Creative mindset to write ad copies and test different ad creatives. - Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.  Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).-  Knowledge of retargeting funnels and conversion rate optimization. - Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).  What We Offer: - Opportunity to work on diverse campaigns and cutting-edge automation tools. - Growth-oriented role with exposure to advanced performance marketing strategies
