Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS) processes and frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional heads to define KRA, KPI, and goal-setting templates for all departments.
• Conduct regular performance review cycles, including mid-year and annual appraisals.
• Analyze performance data to identify high performers, development needs, and succession planning opportunities.
• Support managers and employees in understanding and adopting performance evaluation methodologies.
• Facilitate training programs for goal setting, performance feedback, and appraisal discussions.
• Partner with the HR Analytics team to generate performance dashboards and reports for management review.
• Drive continuous performance culture improvement, linking performance with rewards and career progression.
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance in the performance appraisal and rating process.
• Coordinate with the Compensation & Benefits team for performance-linked incentives and increments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Performance Management frameworks (OKR, Balanced Scorecard, Bell Curve, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with HRMS / PMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle large-scale PMS cycles and data analysis independently.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to drive employee engagement around performance culture.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / Master’s in Human Resources / Business Administration / Organizational Development.
• Certification in Performance Management or HR Analytics (Preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
