Senior Manager - HR

You will be responsible for managing HR operations at the plant level to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes overseeing employee relations, handling grievances, implementing disciplinary actions, and managing performance evaluations. Your role will also involve ensuring statutory compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will be expected to develop and execute effective industrial relations strategies to promote a positive work environment. Additionally, you will coordinate labour welfare activities such as training programs and employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a fresher. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there is a yearly bonus provided. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree, although it is preferred and not mandatory.
