Womennovator, India’s premier platform for women entrepreneurs and changemakers, is looking for a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to lead our strategic outreach, forge high-impact alliances, and co-create initiatives that elevate women across sectors. In this role, you’ll collaborate with organizations, institutions, and influencers to expand our ecosystem, drive sponsorships, and shape initiatives that empower women at every level—from grassroots leaders to global changemakers. Requirements Key Responsibilities – Partnerships Manager 🔹 Leader Discovery, Onboarding & Social Capital Building Identify, engage, and onboard dynamic women leaders from diverse sectors into the Womennovator ecosystem. Represent Womennovator at key women-centric events, conferences, and forums to connect with emerging and established talent. Facilitate meaningful introductions and opportunities that help leaders expand their social capital, visibility, and thought leadership. Nurture long-term relationships with community members, ensuring consistent value, engagement, and growth. 🔹 Partnerships & Outreach Forge strategic collaborations with women-led organizations, associations, chambers of commerce, and networks to co-host initiatives and discover grassroots changemakers. Build outreach programs with educational institutions to identify, onboard, and engage Academic Ambassadors and young women leaders. Manage the full cycle of engagement for student leaders through a structured 60-hour program focused on leadership development and community-building. 🔹 Program & Event Strategy Lead strategy and execution for high-impact programs under Womennovator’s flagship 10K Fellowship, including: Annual Celebration Awards We Pitch (funding & visibility sessions) Networking mixers, Leadership Circles, and Roundtables Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver well-curated events that drive measurable outcomes. Ensure seamless planning, communication, and execution for all programs. 🔹 Collaborations, Sponsorships & Fundraising Lead partnership development and sponsorship outreach for key initiatives, campaigns, and events. Develop compelling pitch decks and sponsorship proposals tailored to prospective funders. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors to ensure financial sustainability and impact.
