Responsibilities As a Partnerships Manager at Womennovator, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaborations that drive meaningful impact for women entrepreneurs and changemakers. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding dynamic women leaders, forging strategic partnerships, and leading high-impact programs and events. By engaging with organizations, institutions, and influencers, you will contribute to expanding our ecosystem and empowering women at all levels. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Leader Discovery, Onboarding & Social Capital Building: Identify and onboard women leaders into the Womennovator ecosystem, foster relationships with community members, and facilitate opportunities for social capital building. - Partnerships & Outreach: Forge collaborations with women-led organizations, engage with educational institutions, and manage engagement programs for student leaders. - Program & Event Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution of programs under Womennovator's flagship initiatives, ensuring seamless planning and execution. - Collaborations, Sponsorships & Fundraising: Develop partnerships, sponsorship outreach, and fundraising initiatives to support key programs and events, maintaining strong relationships with sponsors for financial sustainability.
