Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager – Channel Marketing

Role Overview

The Partner Marketing Manager will drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, integrated campaigns, and partner engagement initiatives for the company. This role focuses on accelerating solution adoption and revenue growth by working closely with managed partners, channel teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate understands the channel ecosystem, excels in B2B marketing, and has a strong background in data-driven campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Strategy & Integrated Campaigns

  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with company partners to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of solutions (client, server, cloud, commercial, OEM, etc.).
  • Lead co-marketing programs including launches, partner events, webinars, and digital activations.
  • Manage full-funnel content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Represent in core team meetings and communicate campaign plans, updates, and marketing requirements.

2. Partner Enablement & Engagement

  • Develop enablement assets such as welcome kits, product roadmaps, training guides, and digital toolkits.
  • Drive partner onboarding, training, and certification.
  • Support partner incentive programs, awards, and recognition initiatives.

3. Content Development & Amplification

  • Create engaging content including blogs, social posts, presentations, newsletters, and more.
  • Promote partner success stories, case studies, and testimonials across company and partner platforms.

4. Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, and marketing ROI to optimize strategy.
  • Track and report KPIs including pipeline contribution, closed revenue, certifications, and event participation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product, digital, and regional marketing teams for alignment and execution.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for campaign creation, execution, and media planning.

6. Market Intelligence & Best Practices

  • Stay updated on channel/partner marketing trends, B2B demand generation, and technology adoption.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and insights to continuously refine partner marketing initiatives.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing or B2B technology marketing.
  • Proven track record in building and executing integrated partner-led campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of channel programs, partner ecosystems, and incentive structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring ROI and campaign performance.
  • Creative, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience in distributor/channel marketing and reseller enablement.
  • Knowledge of distributor business models, channel dynamics, and SMB market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
