Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Client Relationship Executive (Freshers welcome) to join our sales & marketing team. The primary role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, generate leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or data. Pitch the companys products/services confidently and persuasively. Generate leads and maintain a proper database of calls and follow-ups. Schedule appointments and transfer hot leads to the sales team. Handle queries professionally and provide information as needed. Maintain call logs and records in the CRM tool. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation. Requirements: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any additional regional language is a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking tone. Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided). Fresher with a passion for sales/telecalling is encouraged to apply.
