Call Center Executive

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will involve making outbound calls to customers and clients. During these calls, you will need to identify their needs, resolve any issues they may have, and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell other services whenever the opportunity arises. It is essential that you adhere to the customer service script provided by the company to ensure uniformity in communication. Familiarize yourself with company policies and the website to be well-prepared to address FAQs or policy-related queries. Building and maintaining strong customer relations is crucial in this role. You will be required to meet personal targets and collaborate with your team to achieve collective goals. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and analyzing this data will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to prepare and submit reports on your performance, targets, and customer queries in a timely manner. To be successful in this position, you should have at least a high school diploma, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous experience in customer service and call centers is advantageous. A good understanding of CRM practices and systems is necessary, along with a customer-oriented approach and a high level of professionalism. Strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and the capability to achieve targets are important qualities for this role. Excellent communication and listening skills, coupled with proficiency in the English language, are also essential. This is a full-time, permanent position open to both experienced individuals and freshers. The job may involve working day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, or a rotational shift schedule.
