Job Summary: Access Business Operations is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Call Centre Executive to manage customer interactions and order processing. The role focuses on receiving customer bookings, generating accurate orders in the system, and coordinating with the operations team for allocation and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound customer calls and record booking requests. Generate orders in the system accurately based on customer requirements.
